Australia's #1 Premium Head Unit Specialists

I recently purchased the Android head unit for my 2015 Ford Ranger PX MkII. The head unit itself was great, but I initially had an issue with the CANBUS module causing a parasitic battery drain. I contacted Brummstadt and their customer service was excellent. They sent me out a replacement CANBUS module specifically suited to my Ranger, and once I installed it, it completely fixed the problem. Everything is now working perfectly, including the head unit and vehicle functions, and most importantly the battery drain has completely stopped. Really happy with how Brummstadt handled the issue. They stood behind their product, listened to the problem and actually fixed it rather than leaving me to figure it out myself. Great product and, more importantly, great customer service. I'd definitely recommend them.

I have just purchased a Brummstadt Universal Head Unit Upgrade Kit 4GB RAM / 64GB SSD to upgrade from my previous 2GB unit. Wow, what a difference, and so easy to fit to my existing Honda Jazz dash panel. Connection was easy as I quoted exactly what I was upgrading from, so just unplugging a few multi pin connectors and reconnecting to the new unit and away it went. After sales service from Brummstadt, being Patrick, my main contact person, along with Tommy and Kevin is the best I have ever come across. They are brilliant and nothing is too much trouble for them. Patrick always gets back to me and Tommy and Kevin the same if Patrick is not available. I cannot say enough about my thoughts in relation to the after sales service. The unit itself looks and works magnificently in the Honda Jazz and the new unit has so much better connectivity. The basic 2GB unit was okay but this unit is outstanding. Nothing more I can say except I have no negatives about this unit and certainly none for the service from Brummstadt. I highly recommend the whole process I have gone through.
